Cara Membuat Koneksi Wireless Antar Laptop

If you have two or more laptop or desktop computer that has a wireless LAN card (wifi) and between each - each computer / laptop is connected or connected to each other so they can share data, printers, internet, remote computer etc.. A simple way to do that is to connect adhoc wireless LAN connection without using an access point, connected directly between the computers to other computers without using wires.

Adhoc connection settings for windows xp sp2 are as follows:
• Turn on the wifi
• Go to network connection (click Start -> Control Panel -> Network and Internet connection -> Network Connection)
• Right-click the wireless network connection, and then click Properties.

• Select the Wireless Networks tab -> click Advanced
• Select the Computer-to-computer (ad hoc) networks only
• click Close, display will return to the Wireless Network Properties Connnection
• In the Preferred networks, click Add
• Give the name Network name (SSID) in accordance with what we want as an example here I give name MyNet (on another computer name must be the same (MyNet).) -> Click OK
• In Wireless network key, more filled first network Authentication: Open Data Encryption filled in: Disable. (If you want to directly use protection as well please, but you should like it used to be, when you're successful connections please tooling fiddle with this option)
Thus the preferred networks will show the SSID name that you created with the name MyNet -> click ok to exit.
• Do things / the same steps on the laptop / computer to another to connect to. (Remember the name / network name (SSID) must be the same (MyNet)).

• If both computers are set up as the above steps, the next step is to stay mengkoneksikannya that by going to Network Connections, then right click on the Wireless Network Connection -> select View available wireless networks.
There would appear SSID as MyNet, highlight it with your mouse and then click the Connect button. Wait a while until the status is Connected.

• To View the success or failure of the connection between computers, we can do a ping command to the name of the computer opponent.
- To know the name of the computer: right click on my computer -> properties -> select the Computer Name tab -> full computer name (= name of the computer)
- Open a command prompt (Start -> click RUN -> type cmd -> click OK)
- Type namakomputerlawan ping (ping computer name space opponent) hit enter, if successful there will be a reply from the computer opponent.
- If no reply means not yet succeeded, as they may function to disable ping from the computer.
